Our objective is to organise safe coach travel to all of Swindon Town FC first team away matches. 

NO  ALCOHOL, VAPING, SMOKING or USE OF RECREATIONAL DRUGS is permitted BY  LAW anywhere on any of our coaches.  We reserve the right to refuse  travel, or to remove you from the coach, if these rules are not  followed. 

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult on  all our trips. We reserve the right to refuse travel if we believe this  rule has not been followed. 

No liability can be accepted from any error or omissions on this website, which is provided in good  faith to inform supporters of our away trips. 

SAS Travel retains the right to refuse travel for any reason we deem appropriate.

These guidelines are designed to allow us to ensure that we can take as many fans as want to travel with us to each away game. 

We  must order coaches a minimum of one week before the fixture date.  Therefore, if you leave booking until within this time, we can’t always  guarantee that we’ll still have spaces available. 

We will always  try (alongside our coach provider) to source further coaches and meet  all the demand for spaces, but cannot run a coach unless economically  viable to do so. 

We usually open games for booking  around 3 weeks before the fixture date, or as soon as the away tickets  are available for sale. 

Our advice is to book as early as you can to ensure that you get the spaces that you want. 

No booking is confirmed until payment has been received. 

Refund Policy: We are only able to offer a refund on booked seats if we can re-sell the seats

 If a game is postponed PRIOR to  travelling, a full refund will be given to all supporters who have  booked.  A new booking will need to be made for the re-arranged fixture.  

If a game is postponed once we are en route, or have arrived at  the ground, no refunds can be given as the coach travel will still have  been provided and charged for. 

In person: 

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 4pm in the Swindon Town Club Shop 

Saturday (Home matches only)  in the Legends Lounge between 1pm and 2pm

Monday and Wednesday between 6pm and 8pm
